FOR ANY FAMILY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CHILD CURRENTLY ATTENDING ANY SCHOOL WITHIN THE CARTER COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT: Please follow instructions below and complete this electronic form to request an enrollment account. If you DO have an email address please enter it where prompted – an email will be sent to you with a 5 digit password. An email address is required.
